IRS Transcript Shows Verification of Non-Filing for 2024 Despite Accepted Return - System Glitch?

Just checked my transcripts and saw a verification of non-filing for 2024 even though my return was accepted in January. Anyone else seeing this? Starting to get worried about my refund status.

This is actually normal for this time of year. The verification of non-filing will show until your return is fully processed. Just because your return was accepted doesn't mean it's been processed yet. Keep checking your account transcript for updates - that's where you'll see movement first.

Instead of stressing about transcript codes, I started using taxr.ai - its literally a game changer. For $1 it analyzed my entire transcript and told me exactly when to expect my refund and what was causing delays. Way better than trying to decode everything ourselves https://taxr.ai

Sounds interesting. How exactly does it work? Does it just read your transcript or does it do more?

it does wayyyy more! It looks at all your codes, dates, amounts and compares it to millions of other cases to predict exactly whats happening. Saved me hours of googling 💯
