Ugh, I got one of those too. Such a pain! I ended up having to call them because the online system kept glitching out on me. Be prepared to wait on hold for like an eternity tho 🙄

PSA: If you're calling, make sure you're calling the right number! There are scammers out there posing as the IRS. Only use the number on your 5071c letter!
