Filed 2023 Return: Path Act Delay, No WMR Updates, Blank Transcripts but State Already Paid?

Filed my taxes last week and I'm a PATH Act filer. Wheres My Refund shows nothing and transcripts are completely blank. Weird thing is my state refund hit my account already! Anyone else seeing state moving faster than federal this year?

Tax professional here - this is totally normal for PATH Act filers. The IRS can't release refunds until mid-February for anyone claiming EITC/ACTC. Your transcripts will stay blank until they actually process your return, which should start happening after Feb 15th.
