TWC says I haven't completed identity verification even though I have - no payouts. Help!

I completed my identity verification for unemployment but still not getting paid. The system says I haven't done it yet. Anyone else dealing with this? What should I do next?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. It's so frustrating! I've been waiting for weeks now. Have you tried calling them? That's what I'm gonna do next.

I've tried calling but can never get through. It's always busy or they hang up on me. 😤

Pro tip: call right when they open. I got through after only 30 mins on hold that way.

Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a shot tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed 🤞

This happened to me too. Turns out there was a glitch in there system. I had to go through the whole process again, but it finally worked. Don't give up!

Really? That's so annoying. Did you have to call them to find this out or did they contact you?

I had to call them. Took forever to get through, but once I did, the agent was actually pretty helpful.

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check that you've submitted ALL required documents. Sometimes there's a hidden requirement we miss. 2. Take screenshots of your completed verification process. 3. Call the unemployment office (I know, it sucks) and explain the situation. Be prepared to email those screenshots. 4. If calling doesn't work, try reaching out on their social media. Sometimes they respond faster there. 5. As a last resort, contact your local representative. They can sometimes cut through the red tape. Remember, persistence is key. Don't let the system wear you down. You're entitled to your benefits!

This is solid advice. I'd add: keep a log of all your calls and attempts to contact them. It might come in handy later.

The whole system is broken af. They probably lost your info and are too incompetent to admit it. 🤡

Hey guys, I found a method to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/V-IMvH88P1U

Sounds sketchy. Is this legit?

Yeah, it's totally legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

How long did you have to wait for the callback?

It took about 2 hours for me, but beats spending all day trying to get through!

This is why we need to overhaul the entire unemployment system. It's not fit for purpose anymore. 😤

Preach! 🙌 The system is held together with duct tape and prayers at this point.

Yeah but good luck getting politicians to care about fixing it. They only pay attention when it affects them.
