If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service
An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls ā which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.
Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!
I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!
@Mateo Hernandez I'm so sorry you're going through this login nightmare! I just had the exact same issue when I tried to start my unemployment claim last week. It's incredibly frustrating when you're already stressed about needing benefits and can't even access the basic system.
After reading through all the great advice in this thread, here's what I learned works best: Call 615-253-0586 at exactly 7:30 AM Central Time (right when they open) and specifically ask them to check for "account security flags" or "security holds" on your account. Don't just say you can't log in - use those exact terms because apparently the system automatically flags accounts after failed login attempts and only they can clear it.
Also make sure you're using the official Jobs4TN.gov website (not lookalikes) and the EXACT same email/password you originally registered with - even one character difference will trigger another lockout.
I know it feels overwhelming as a newcomer to this process (I definitely felt that way!), but from what everyone's sharing here, once you get past this initial login hurdle, the rest becomes much more manageable. We're all here supporting each other through this broken system!
Keep us posted on how your call goes - your success might help the next person dealing with this! You've got this! šŖ
@Diego Flores This is incredibly helpful advice, thank you! I m'completely new to this whole unemployment system and have been feeling so lost trying to navigate these login issues. Your breakdown is exactly what I needed - especially the tip about using those specific terms account "security flags when" calling. I had no idea the system could automatically flag legitimate users! I m'definitely going to try calling at 7:30 AM Central tomorrow and use that exact wording. It s'such a relief to find this supportive community where people share real solutions instead of just generic troubleshooting steps. Really appreciate you taking the time to write such a detailed response for newcomers like me who are struggling with this broken system! š
@Mateo Hernandez I just went through this exact same login nightmare about two weeks ago when I first tried to file for unemployment! The system is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're already dealing with job loss stress.
After reading through all the excellent advice here, I can confirm that calling 615-253-0586 right at 7:30 AM Central Time is definitely the way to go. When you call, specifically ask them to check for "account security flags" or "security holds" - this seems to be the magic phrase that gets results. The system apparently auto-flags accounts after failed login attempts, and only they can clear it.
A few additional tips from my experience:
⢠Make sure you're on the official Jobs4TN.gov site (there are fake lookalikes)
⢠Use the EXACT email and password you originally registered with - even a single character difference will trigger another lockout
⢠Try clearing your browser cache and disabling any ad blockers before attempting to log in
⢠Keep a log of your login attempts in case you need to prove you've been trying to file
I know it feels overwhelming when you're new to this process, but don't give up! This community has been amazing at sharing real solutions. Once you get past this login hurdle, the rest of the process is much smoother. We're all rooting for you - keep us posted on how the call goes! š
