Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Also double-check that you're using the official Jobs4TN.gov website (there are lookalike scam sites) and the EXACT same email address and password you originally registered with. Even one tiny character difference will trigger another lockout. I know it feels overwhelming as a newcomer to this whole process, but don't lose hope! From what I'm seeing in this thread, once you get past this initial login hurdle, the rest becomes much more manageable.
