If I could give 10 stars I would
If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service
An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls ā which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.
Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!
I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!
@Mateo Hernandez I just went through this exact same login nightmare about two weeks ago when I first tried to file for unemployment! The system is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're already dealing with job loss stress.
After reading through all the excellent advice here, I can confirm that calling 615-253-0586 right at 7:30 AM Central Time is definitely the way to go. When you call, specifically ask them to check for "account security flags" or "security holds" - this seems to be the magic phrase that gets results. The system apparently auto-flags accounts after failed login attempts, and only they can clear it.
A few additional tips from my experience:
⢠Make sure you're on the official Jobs4TN.gov site (there are fake lookalikes)
⢠Use the EXACT email and password you originally registered with - even a single character difference will trigger another lockout
⢠Try clearing your browser cache and disabling any ad blockers before attempting to log in
⢠Keep a log of your login attempts in case you need to prove you've been trying to file
I know it feels overwhelming when you're new to this process, but don't give up! This community has been amazing at sharing real solutions. Once you get past this login hurdle, the rest of the process is much smoother. We're all rooting for you - keep us posted on how the call goes! š
@Quinn Herbert This is such a comprehensive and helpful response! I m'brand new to this whole unemployment process and have been struggling with the exact same login issues for days now. Your detailed breakdown gives me so much hope that this can actually be resolved. I especially appreciate the tip about keeping a log of login attempts - I hadn t'thought of that but it makes perfect sense for documentation purposes. The fact that you mentioned the system auto-flags accounts after failed attempts really explains why I keep getting locked out even though I m'sure I m'using the right credentials! I m'definitely going to try calling that number at 7:30 AM sharp tomorrow and ask specifically about account "security flags using" the exact wording everyone s'mentioned. It s'so reassuring to find this supportive community where people share real solutions. Thank you for taking the time to help newcomers like me navigate this frustrating system! š
@Mateo Hernandez I'm having the exact same login issues right now! Just started trying to file for unemployment this week and the system keeps locking me out. Reading through everyone's advice here has been incredibly helpful - it's such a relief to know this is a widespread problem and not just me doing something wrong. I'm definitely going to try calling 615-253-0586 at 7:30 AM Central tomorrow and ask specifically about "account security flags" like everyone's mentioned. It's frustrating that we have to jump through all these hoops just to access benefits we need, but this community support makes such a difference! Thanks to everyone sharing their experiences and solutions. I'll report back if the early morning call works for me. Hang in there - we'll get through this together! šŖ
@Giovanni Conti I m'dealing with the exact same login nightmare! Just joined this community because I ve'been banging my head against the wall trying to get into the system for my first unemployment claim. It s'so frustrating when you re'already stressed about losing your job and then can t'even access the help you need! Reading through everyone s'experiences here has been such a lifesaver - especially knowing that calling 615-253-0586 at 7:30 AM sharp and asking about account "security flags seems" to be the solution that works. I had no idea the system could automatically flag legitimate users like that! Planning to make that call tomorrow morning too. Really appreciate this community sharing real solutions instead of just generic try "clearing your cache advice." It s'comforting to know we re'all in this together fighting the same broken system! Good luck with your call - hopefully we ll'both finally get past this login mess! š¤
