If I could give 10 stars I would
If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service
An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.
Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!
I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!
@Mateo Hernandez I totally feel your pain - I'm going through the exact same login nightmare right now! Just lost my job last week and have been trying to file for unemployment for the past three days with no luck. The system keeps locking me out every time I try to log in, and it's so frustrating when you're already dealing with the stress of unemployment.
This thread has been an absolute lifesaver though! Reading through everyone's experiences and solutions has given me so much hope. It sounds like calling 615-253-0586 right at 7:30 AM Central Time and specifically asking about "account security flags" is the key to getting this resolved. I had no idea the system automatically flags accounts after failed login attempts - that explains so much!
I'm definitely going to try that early morning call tomorrow and use the exact wording everyone's mentioned. It's really comforting to know this is such a widespread issue and not just me being technologically challenged! 😅
Thanks to everyone in this community for sharing real solutions and supporting each other through this broken system. It makes such a difference knowing we're not alone in this struggle. I'll definitely report back if the call works for me. Hang in there @Mateo Hernandez - we'll get through this! 💪
@Carmen Ruiz I m'so sorry you re'dealing with job loss on top of these login issues - that s'such a stressful combination! I m'completely new to this whole unemployment process too and have been feeling so overwhelmed trying to figure everything out. Reading through everyone s'advice in this thread has been incredibly reassuring though. It s'amazing how supportive this community is! I m'planning to try that 7:30 AM call strategy tomorrow as well. The tip about specifically asking for account "security flags seems" to be the magic phrase that actually gets results. Fingers crossed we can both finally get past this login nightmare and access the help we need. Thanks for sharing your experience - it helps knowing other newcomers are going through the exact same struggle! 🤞
@Mateo Hernandez I'm so sorry you're dealing with this login nightmare! I just went through the exact same thing when I first tried to file for unemployment about a month ago. The system is absolutely broken and it's incredibly frustrating when you're already stressed about needing benefits.
Reading through all the great advice here, I can definitely confirm that calling 615-253-0586 right at 7:30 AM Central Time is the way to go. When you call, make sure to specifically ask them to check for "account security flags" or "security holds" - this seems to be the magic phrase that gets real results. Apparently the system automatically flags accounts after failed login attempts and only they can clear it.
Also double-check that you're using the official Jobs4TN.gov website (there are lookalike scam sites) and the EXACT same email address and password you originally registered with. Even one tiny character difference will trigger another lockout.
I know it feels overwhelming as a newcomer to this whole process, but don't lose hope! From what I'm seeing in this thread, once you get past this initial login hurdle, the rest becomes much more manageable. This community has been amazing at sharing real solutions instead of generic troubleshooting steps.
Keep us posted on how your call goes - your success story could really help the next person dealing with this issue. We're all here supporting each other through this mess of a system! You've got this! 💪
