I had a similar issue last month. Here's what worked for me: 1. Document everything: Keep a log of all your calls, emails, and attempts to contact your worker. 2. Escalate: Ask to speak with a supervisor if your worker isn't responding. 3. Check your mail: Sometimes they send important info via snail mail even if your online account isn't updated. 4. Use the online portal: Keep checking for updates daily. 5. Contact your local representative: They can sometimes help push things along. Hope this helps!
