once you enter your last employer info then list the reason for separation it doesn't giving covid related option anymore to receive benefits

did you file a new claim? or logging into a existing claim? if your logging in an existing just press register or manage it'll direct you to ur account
then you'll just wait about 2 weeks on your mail letter with your account #. once you receive the account number your continue with the 1st option and enter the account #

Unfortunately you were disqualified to backdate your claim and there aren’t sufficient wages you earned in the base period. I suggest calling EDD and asking to see where you can go from there now $5 discount for first time callers using Claimyr! https://join.claimyr.com/be256b

Hi Tyrell, by far the fastest way to backdate a claim is by calling EDD.
