I got my email for my backdate request. Just waiting for a update now.

Finally spoke with a 3rd rep today..he stated my backdate request was submitted when I called earlier..does that mean I should be able to certify my backdate weeks soon??

My calls keep dropping while I’m talking to them

How long did it take for the weeks to show after you requested backdate

however backdated was done over the phone by tier 2 specialist

It’s just a processing. Requirement to upload it. I also received this. When you upload, your process will accelerate
