Got my call back and asked to fix my back date day then was told I need to allow 6-8 weeks to verify my identity before they can even submit a back date claim. I'm highly confused because the last lady said she submitted mine but they weren't approving back dates anymore. She also said as long as I got documents in that's all I can do is wait. They won't even mail my card with the already issued funds on it until my identity verification is complete. Anyone have experience with this!? How long did it take them to actually verify you!?

I just got off the phone with calling through claimyr to backdate my account and the lady said California edd has not approved backdates for over a week now? Has anybody heard this as well? I'm so worried I won't be able to get my complete claim I'm owed 😞 any suggestions?
