As far as I know, DUA and PUA are same. Doesn't DUA stand for disaster unemployment assistance? If there's a new DUA, I will look into it.

You probably missing information just wait for the mail and do what the mail tell you to do don't be late because then you will need to file an apeal so do it on time you should be fine

When you get on the phone and they ask you what’s your purpose for backdating what do I say ? And what if I’m self employed and they ask me what’s my employer name do I say my name cause I’m self employed

Just say you’re self employed or a business owner and that you’re backdating to keep your business open but I talked to them and they don’t be saying shit anyway. The only thing I got was I have to wait
