Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.
Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.
Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. For Arkansas DWS specifically, I've found that calling early in the morning (right when they open at 8 AM) gives you the best chance of getting through. Also, if you're trying to your claim, make sure you have all your documentation ready - they'll need proof of when you actually became unemployed and why you couldn't file earlier. The online portal sometimes works better than calling, but it can take several weeks to process. Don't give up if they initially deny your - you can always resubmit with additional documentation.

•This is really helpful advice! I've been struggling to get through to Arkansas DWS for weeks. Do you know if there's a specific documentation they prefer for backdating? I have my termination letter but wasn't sure if I needed anything else. Also, when you say the online portal works better - is that through the regular Arkansas DWS website or a different system?
