the judge approved my appeal and I talked got someone from tier 2 to put a new claim amount so I can certify for the weeks that I missed. how long until they put the certify for weeks on my account

My account has been locked out .. any help getting it unlocked ? So I can get the rest of my money off my card ? 😩

Yess .. after calling edd they said my account has been suspended and I have to appeal it 😩

BOA says edd gave order to close my card and they want me to contact edd, please what should i do and why was my card claimed ? I'm guessing it is because I didn't upload the verification documents

ok so i just talked to a tier 2 he was nice rep said he put in the request for me how long would it take?

I received a call and was transferred to someone they told me backdate pay isn’t available anymore after September 1st

I’m soooo confused what date should I used for the backdate pay ? 😩 and can I call on a Sunday?

Yes. When she applied they most likely used the closest start date. They don’t automatically backdate to the date you put on the application you last worked. They did at the beginning but stopped that and now you have to request it.

Yes. When she applied they most likely used the closest start date. They don’t automatically backdate to the date you put on the application you last worked. They did at the beginning but stopped that and now you have to request it.

Your start date is close to mine and I was able to backdate to 12/06/2020
