Hi what can I do if the edd said that they can’t pay me what they owe me from last year $4000 3 months when it was their fault not mine what can I do I’m on the like trying to get paid out for this years mistake they made it’s all because of clerical errors I already paid claimyr 100$ because they only have to do one job lol and they don’t pay me they pay me bits and pieces

I called the Wednesday before labor day weekend they told me to give them about a week which was on Wednesday should I wait till this Wednesday since it was a long weekend?

So my old claim was pending and I was supposed to receive an extension but it never went through I called the edd they told me I was supposed to file for a new claim I filed over the phone they told me I was supposed to get paid in the next days which was in may it’s September and I still haven’t got paid I used this site they answered they told me that the unemployment was supposed to give me extensions and since I filed for a new claim I was ineligible now I’m on hold do you guys think this can get fixed ??

Hey my claim was denied due to me not providing the proper identification this was last year.I just opened my new claim as 8/21/21 because the appeal process has been taking a hole year so can I back dat my new claim to get the weeks from my last claim??

I called the appeal office I had them resend my paperwork to the edd office I sent them mine identification like 10 times and they would say they would never receive it and at the end they told me it was all a clerical error
