Hello, I filed my taxes back on Jan. 28th. I received my state taxes and a payment today which states IRS TREAS 310. I didn’t receive the third round of stimulus payments is this the payment I’ve received ? This is not the amount I filed on my tax return ??

Yes it states that I’m actually getting back more so I was a bit confused that some money was sent and not all at once??
