i was told the same thing. i was hung up on too. she told me that she saw i asked for it to be back dated to October i’m like what the hell. no i didn’t. she’s like well i’ll leave a note and have someone call you. i think they are trying to halt everyone because Sept 4 is close. i feel they are purposely trying to not help anymore people because they are exhausted and lazy and rude.
