Aug 13th hit with an identity verification hold even tho all my stuff matched the Id.me. Paid for this & still couldn't get through but once. Call hungup (no fault of this) 20mins in after a 2+hrs wait. Escalation was placed to have my hold removed. Here I am, the 27th with a hold STILL. Today marks 10 business day's & identity department told me yesterday to call Tier 2 back today they can remove it. Welp. We shall see... I understand all the fraud going on, but, for people that all your information matches, makes zero sense. My call(s) are already paid for & just waiting on them to open. POINTERS when on hold the IVR is a tricky system, randomly time to time press a button so it doesn't boot you off.
