If you guys are experiencing any type of hardships and are waiting for an interview. Fax all your paperwork including a cover letter with your account number on it to (7147363103). Call back within a day or two let them know you faxed the documents over with the hardship docus and a tier 2 should be able to clear everything up w/o an interview. If its a identity problem fax identity  paperwork. If it’s wage problems fax over your very last check. They will still ask questions but it worked for me. Got my backpay and everything.

If payments say disqualified instead of paid does this mean my claim is disqualified or will I be able to receive next payment?

disqualified, call and ask why it’s disqualified you might need to upload another identity document

spoke to them about the disqualification they told me i needed to upload another identity document uploaded a gas bill & the next day i was able to certify my benefits from 11/2020 to 09/2021. Just make sure you tell them you need to be on the PEUC Extension after you upload documents

spoke to them about the disqualification they told me i needed to upload another identity document uploaded a gas bill & the next day i was able to certify my benefits from 11/2020 to 09/2021. Just make sure you tell them you need to be on the PEUC Extension after you upload documents

Are conditional payments still being made while waiting for an interview? Its been two weeks since i certified and every person i speak with on EDD says they can’t do them anymore. So why have it on their website then?

Eligibility Problem Resolved Finally reached them after an entire year in the last two days. Eligibility not pending no more; not disqualified anymore. But my balance shows up as 0 and my weeks from 10-11/2020 say not paid. Im not able to certify at all. Has anyone went through this? Will i get the PUA extensions? Benefit year ends in 04/2021.

Finally was able to get weeks to certify, and as soon as I certified my claim status changed to eligibility issue may be possible and now I have to wait for ANOTHER phone interview when they never called for the first one and I had to go through loops to get in contact with them on the phone smh. Edd is so everywhere its ridiculous atp.

Hi Leesha Many people have been doing it through askedd online and got no response, myself included I ended up calling EDD and a Tier 2 rep manually put the request for me, according to them its still processing EDD office is open from 8am.to 8pm everyday If you have any more questions and would like use claimyr to call EDD for you for follow up, here is a link to get $5 off.
